Our Triple Online Reservation Promise & Cancellation Policy

Reserve your rental bikes from us with confidence. Our Online Reservation Promise protects you three ways:

1. Guaranteed Reservations: Your online reservation includes an instant confirmation of your bike rental with complete transaction details.
   
   
2. Quality Bikes That Fit: The bike you reserve will be professionally maintained and properly adjusted for your maximum comfort and safety.
   
   
3. Weather Protection: Ok, so we can't control the weather, but if it's raining (or snowing) at the indicated pick-up time, you may cancel your reservation. Simply cancel on or before the indicated pick-up day and time and you will owe the bike shop nothing and receive a deposit Refund Credit applicable toward another online rental reservation at any of the nearly 300 shops throughout the RentaBikeNow.com network.
   

Refund Credit is issued in the form of a single-use Credit Code that is valid up to 1 year from issue date. Credit Code value will match the canceled reservation deposit value less a $5 processing fee and can only be redeemed online at RentaBikeNow.com for a future reservation deposit. Credit Code value that does not get applied toward a reservation deposit during its single use is forfeited.

IMPORTANT: All cancellations requesting Refund Credit must be processed by one of two methods:

• If 48 hours or more before your Pick-Up
  
  
  • Log into your RentaBikeNow.com account and cancel the reservation from within the "My Account" tab
    
    
• If less than 48 hours before your Pick-Up
  
  
  • Call RentaBikeNow.com at (847) 441-4292 to request cancellation on or before your scheduled pick-up day/time. If you're calling outside of regular business hours:
